Posted October 07, 2018 11:24:36After years of teasing, we can finally confirm that “The Simpsons” season 8 will return for a second season on January 14.

During the “Sci-Fi Show” panel, showrunner Matt Groening announced that a “Holiday Season” is in the works for “The New Simpsons” airing on the Fox network.

The showrunner said that the new season will not be titled “Holidays” as many fans wanted.

“We don’t want to call it a season and a half because that’s a long time ago.

This season will be more about the holiday season, so we’re going to go back to the holiday spirit,” Groening said.”

You’re going back to what people love and what they enjoy.

It’s a holiday season and we’re doing something different.”

A number of characters have already been introduced in the season 8 episode “Fork & Beans”.

The new season of “The Last Gang” will also have a new character, “Auntie Lonesome”.

The “Sensational Science” and “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” star teased that he will have a “New York accent”.

“I’m gonna have a New York accent.

I’m not gonna have the New York dialect, but I’m going to have the accent of the city,” Groens said.
